The Last Vampire part 20

(the next evening)

M: *wakes up and yawns softly* Big brother…?

MU: *smiles and whispers in your ear* Hey, want to help me get rid of my evening wood?

M: *looks over at you slightly scared* Wh-what…?

MU: *licks your ear* I asked you if we should get high and have fun again.

M: *bites my lip shivering softly* I-I don't know, big brother…

MU: *chuckles lowly* What's the problem? You were so eager yesterday.

M: *looks at you scared then looks away standing up* I-I need some blood.

MU: *tosses you your clothes and stands dressing* I'll go with you. I scented a couple travelers a little while ago.

M: *gets dressed* Where?

MU: *points* About a mile that way. And after that…*wraps my arms around your waist from behind and licks your ear*…we'll have fun.

M: *shivers softly moaning* Th-that's wrong…

MU: *chuckles* That's not what you said last night when I made love to you.

M: *widens my eyes and steps away from you* N-no…

MU: *looks at you* What's wrong little brother, didn't you enjoy our dive to hell?

M: *looks down and away* I need blood…

MU: *nods* Alright let's go then. *runs off towards the travelers*

M: *runs in front of the travelers* Hello there, sirs.

MU: *grins and makes a couple branches jab their pressure points knocking them out* All too easy. *grabs one and starts drinking*

M: *shakes my head* I-I can't…

MU: *looks at you* Come on, the blood tastes great. Or maybe I should feed it to you…?

M: *shakes my head again* B-big brother…that's wrong…

MU: *shrugs* Suit yourself, but you need blood.

M: *licks my lips at the blood as my eyes blaze red*

MU: *smiles* Come on brother, you're thirsty.

M: *licks the other man's neck and sinks my fangs in deeply*

MU: *grins and keeps drinking from the other*

M: *breaks away then sighs and goes back to drinking*

MU: *finishes off the traveler then leans back smiling*

M: *finishes drinking and sighs*

MU: *looks at you* Feeling better now?

M: *giggles* Yeah.

MU: *chuckles* What do you say we bury these two and go have some fun.

M: *nods giggling* Okay!

MU: *starts digging a hole and throws in the bodies and their possessions then tilts my head and sniffs then growls*

M: *looks over at you* What's wrong big brother?

MU: *looks over growling* Company.

B: *walks up and nods* Evening.

M: *looks over scared* Bakura?!

B: *raises my hands* I'm alone, and I'm not here for a fight. I've just come with a message for you, Marik.

M: *tilts my head looking at you hazy-eyed* Huh?

B: *sighs* Wonderful, you probably won't even remember this. Ryou and I are leaving. The weres need our help urgently so we're going to give them a hand. I don't know when, or if, we'll be back.

M: *bites my lower lip looking down* Can I come with you…?

B: *shrugs* The offer's open, you'll have to go by our rules though.

MU: *looks at Marik* Marik, why do you want to go with them?!

M: *nods standing* I will. *looks at Mariku* I don't want to have sex with you anymore, big brother. I'm sorry. *walks over and kisses his cheek*

B: *nods then looks over at Mariku* Although both Ryou and I hate you, the offer is open to you as well.

MU: *glares angrily* Do you really think I'd want to live a pussy vampire life?! You two aren't even real vampires!

B: *glares* Then you should know that the disappearances of your victims have been noticed and police will be coming from London to investigate them. I would suggest either stop killing or move on.

M: *grabs his arm* Please big brother!

MU: *growls* Fine, but only for Marik.

B: *nods* Then when he finds me I'll tell Ryou to go get two more horses. We'll need to leave in half an hour from the southern edge of town.

M: *sighs and walks over towards you and gets on my knees* Bakura…kill me.

B: *rolls my eyes* Get up. I already told you I'm no executioner.

M: *hangs my head* I slept with my brother… I have no reason to live…

MU: *smirks* And we almost did it again.

B: *glares at Mariku* What you did while you were on a blood high is not your fault, but his. Neophytes always feel the effects more than the mature ones do. He should have left you alone.

M: *tears up* It felt good…

MU: *hugs Marik tightly*

B: *sighs* I know, believe me, I know. Don't look to me for punishment though. That's all between you and him.

MU: *lifts up Marik's chin and kisses him deeply*

M: *looks away*

B: *looks away as well*

R: *comes over leading two horses and doesn't even glance at Marik and Mariku*

MU: *smirks*

M: *pushes him away* Don't touch me!

R: *hands the reins of the two horses to Bakura*

B: Thanks Ryou. We'll need two more, I'm afraid.

R: *nods and walks away*

M: *runs after Ryou* Ryou, please… Listen to me. I'm so sorry.

R: *ignores you and walks a bit faster*

M: *runs up next to you* Leaving you was the biggest mistake of my life, I'm sorry…

R: *glares at you out of the corner of my eye*

M: *tears up* Please… I made the worst mistake of my life… I slept with my brother! *falls on the ground crying*

R: *looks at you pulling out my notepad and writes* I saw. *drops the note and keeps walking towards the village.

M: *starts sobbing* I'm so sorry…

R: *looks back at you and sighs coming back and pulls you to your feet*

M: *sobs quietly* I'm so sorry… You must hate me…

R: *looks at you still a bit angry and starts walking to the village again*

M: *falls on the ground on my knees sobbing*

R: *comes back leading two horses and looks down at you rolling my eyes and writes another note* Pull yourself together Marik. It was a mistake you made. Learn from it, don't cry about it.

M: *turns away* I should die for what I did…

R: *rolls my eyes handing you one of the horses* Marik if everyone who made a bad mistake dropped dead when they wanted to the world would be a very empty place.

M: *looks away* Do you hate me, Ryou? If you do, just say so.

R:*shakes my head* Not hate, dislike, yes.

M: *sighs* I still love you, please know that.

R: *looks away and mounts my horse*

M: *looks at you seriously* Ryou, you listen to me right now.

R: *looks down at you coldly*

M: *looks at you determinedly* I don't care what you think of me, I'll always love you.

R: *sighs and nods slightly*

M: *sighs* I made a mistake, but I still want you to love me.

R: *looks away and sighs before writing* Marik, I don't love you right now. Will I again after you left twice and what I witnessed yesterday, I don't know. You don't understand the depth of my hatred for that man.

M: *looks at you* I love you. Please, just remember that.

R: *nods slightly*

M: *looks away from Ryou sadly*

B: *glares at Mariku* What possessed you to have sex with your brother?!

MU: *shrugs* He was the one who started it.

B: Because he was high! Do you honestly think someone who hates incest as much as Marik does would do that in his right mind?!

MU: *shrugs again* I didn't know he hated incest.

B: You were both raped by your father! How could someone come out of an experience like that not hating it?! You know, I bet the real reason you did it was because you knew Ryou was hunting nearby.

MU: *smirks* And what if I did?

B: *growls* Why do you continue to torture my younger brother?!

MU: *licks my lips smirking* It's fun.

B: *sighs harshly* You know, we wouldn't have changed Marik if you hadn't shot him in the first place.

MU: *shrugs* It was an accident.

B: *growls* How can you be so flippant about nearly killing your brother?!

MU: *laughs crossing my arms* I'd rather die than be a monster.

B: Only vampires like you are monsters.

MU: You know why I act like this?! Because I want to get caught by a hunter!

B: Well then don't come with us and continue killing here! That'll get you killed real quick.

MU: *sighs* For Marik.

B: Why, it doesn't really seem like you actually care about him.

MU: He's still my little brother.

B: That doesn't mean you care about him. Why would you sleep with him while he was intoxicated if you did?

MU: Because I love him.

B: *narrows my glare* As a brother…or a lover?

MU: A lover.

B: *sighs harshly rubbing my temple* That's something you and Marik have to discuss. We need to go, Ryou's probably waiting in town with the horses.

MU: *sighs and walks off*

B: *hands you the reins to one of the horses* One warning, if you come with us; stay away from my brother.

MU: *gets on the horse* Whatever.

B: *mounts the other horse and starts trotting off towards the village*

MU: *grins trotting up to the village* Marik, want to race?

M: *looks away from Mariku* Leave me alone, big brother.

R: *moves next to Bakura*

B: Right, I'll tell you both more when we stop for the morning. We should be getting to Moon's Hollow in two days.

MU: *nods*

M: *sighs* Ryou… Please forgive me.

R: *keeps riding next to Bakura*

B: *looks over at Marik* Leave him be for a little, Marik.

M: *looks away angrily* Do you know how I feel right now?! I was betrayed by my brother!

MU: *snickers quietly*

B: *sighs and whispers* Do you know how Ryou feels right now? He was betrayed twice by someone he loved. He cried all day yesterday, something he's never done.

M: *sighs* I should have never left…

B: *sighs as well* I just wish you had at least told one of us the first time.

M: *looks down* I hate myself so much.

B: *reaches over and puts my hand on your shoulder*

M: *smiles sadly at you* Thanks, Bakura.

B: *nods* No problem.

M: *hangs my head and keeps riding*

R: *looks back at Marik with sadness in my eyes*

(Near dawn)

B: *comes out of an inn* I got two rooms. The stableman'll take the horses.

M:  *gets off my horse and winces slightly* I hate riding for long periods of time.

MU: *laughs* Me too.

R: *slides off and pats my horse gently before handing him to the stableman and going into the inn with Bakura.

M: *goes in the inn into my bedroom with Mariku and immediately falls asleep*

B: *sits next to Ryou on his bed* Ryou, Marik's punishing himself quite a bit. I understand your resentment, but for us to fully help the weres like they need we'll need to at least work together.

R: *sighs and nods then lies down and falls asleep*
